At Bhagat we believe that crystallization is both a science and an art. And in an effort to bring you the finest and purest of crystals, we start our quality control from the very first stage of our manufacturing process. We take our Menthol through the process of multi purification. Our unique process that gives us extra white, shining, diamond like chips of Menthol that are completely dry and transparent hence better olfactory and long lasting effect. Sensitive equipment like gas chromatography linked to online computers offer support to the perfumer and flavourist to ensure consistency in the quality of our end products.

The sizes of the crystals produced vary and are graded by a sieving machine from Large (Bold) to Small (Medium/Rice/Fine), before the final packaging. Along with Menthol crystals we also produce Dementholised Mint oil (also called Dementholised Peppermint oil) as a by-product. This can be natural/rectified/terpeneless as per customer specification and also confirming to Demontholised Mint oil BP/EP specification.

Apart from this we are also producing excellent quality of Peppermint oil BP/USP Indian Piperita Type and provide high quality Mentha Piperita Oil (Indian) or Peppermint Oil BP/USP as per out customers specifications and requirement. Our Fractional distillation system can produce Terpenes, Cis-3-Hexenol, Cis-3-Hexenyl Acetate,3-octanol, 3 octylacetate, Menthone, Liquid Menthol etc.
